The situations convulse to that the economy, and the politics has taken to
the Spanish society, it has revived the nationalist attitudes of the different
groups of the society that he inhabits Spain vastly. The central government of
the nation, is the main instigator of this situation, because it is evident
that it serves him and a lot to make pass more hidden his enormous errors,
political and of everything nature that has carried during governments' years,
without any state sense, and still aided in more naked political oppositions of
this sense that they should possess all the ruler and political.
I won't say that the Catalan nationalism is new, or motivated by the
current situation, but if I want to make consist that every time is deeper and
more extensive in this still piece of Spain, what I want to mean in this
article is the context difference that contains the Catalan nationalism, versus
the Spanish nationalism, I know many readers to deny me the biggest, because I
don't know why reason, the fervent defenders of the unit and of the greatness
that means to be Spanish according to them, they don't want to be nationalist,
it is a total absurdity, the nationalism it is that to feel in your interior
the pride and the feeling of belonging to a nation.
Made this exception that I consider very necessary to understand the absurd
"war among the Spanish and Catalan" nationalisms, I will try to face
their differences and at the same time similarities, like a form of getting a
bigger understanding among the two realities, and to see if it can be lowered
the more and more growing tension:
The Catalan nationalist, doesn't never deny up and down the pride of who
feels Spanish, is but she understands it and doesn't bother him at all.
The Spanish nationalist, on the contrary, doesn't want that the Catalan

The Catalan nationalism, never attacks the Spanish feeling on the part of
who manifests this way it, he simply defends from the continuous intent of
aggression to its Catalan feelings and the repeated and expressed intent of
negation of the own Catalan fact.
The Spanish nationalism, on the contrary attacks all that the Catalan being
exalts, from his language, until his individualities, artists, sportsmen, big

The Catalan nationalism, aspires alone to be that Catalan, to be different
in the uniformity that seeks to impose a nationality, apart from this false for
that Spain is the unification of some Kingdom and some cultures very differed
to each other.

made to the Arab ones and not to the rest of the inhabitants and Kingdom that
populated the Iberian peninsula.
The Catalan nationalism, would be satisfied with alone that the Spanish
imperialism, accepts him and recognizes its social singularity, politics,
economic, and its national thought, the Catalan doesn't understand because he
has to be single Spanish, neither because he has to be attacked by this
fact.
The Spanish nationalism, on the contrary, won't be satisfied until
Catalonia this totally stumped in the map of its Spain, to the Spanish
nationalism, he has more than enough the other homonyms that inhabit Spain, for
them they are mere curiosities folklorists that they remind them its
imperialistic greatness that by the way lost in the saddest and poor way that
any other empire lost.
These are the realities of this nation, realities that minimize it that
they make it unfriendly that convert it in the laughingstock of the
international community that you see that all the greatness that wants to show
to the world, is wet paper that doesn't have structural solidity that its
internal differences are abysmal that he doesn't know how to support the
cultures and the economies that he/she has in its territorial composition that
all it calculates it to the national centralist imposition, in few words that
he wants and he is not able to, because this it is the final consequence.
Spain has thrown and he is throwing for the overboard its possibilities,
trying to remove of here to put there, rejecting very dear concepts for some,
and that they have simply judged useless and unfriendly for them, in short they
have sowed confrontation Winds and now they will pick up, I fear myself,
tempests of indifference and independence
