I AM TIRED ALREADY OF THE ELECTORAL CAMPAIGN

ESTOY CANSADO YA DE LA CAMPAÑA ELECTORAL

Madre mía que insoportable se me está haciendo la campaña electoral española, y uno mira hacia adelante y ve con horror que ni tan siquiera ha empezado oficialmente claro, y me asusto de veras porque pienso que aun falta lo peor. Los políticos españoles son capaces de destrozar al país en el tiempo que falta para las elecciones, el ambiente que ya se respira es de mentiras dirigidas a denostar al contrincante, al “tu mas” pero no hay ni tan siquiera ni un atisbo de programa de gobierno por parte de nadie.

Todo son globos sonda para comprobar que eco se refleja en la sociedad y en la prensa escrita (que dicho sea de paso su actuación no es nada activa, porque ni preguntan ni comentan, se limitan a ser eso eco de las palabras dichas por algunos políticos). La cosa no pinta muy bien, no noto en la sociedad ganas de discutir y valorar posturas ni defender criterios de unos o otros, ni tan siquiera de uno mismo, esto es malo me da que la sociedad le da igual lo que pase, y esto es malo porque es como decir estamos muertos socialmente y políticamente.

En el fondo nos esperamos lo peor, no esperamos solución alguna a nada, esta asunción de destino fatal, de seguir así no lo duden se cumplirá sin remisión, porque somos nosotros mismos los que lo lograremos, auto convencidos  de que España no tiene solución, ni políticos, ya me dirán ustedes que hacemos votando. Estamos con la rodilla hincada antes de que nos manden a rezar, esto es como si aceptáramos de antemano la culpa de todo lo que nos sucede y sucederá, así ante esta sociedad yo también seria presidente.

Posiblemente esta situación viene dada porque las elecciones se realizaron ya el pasado Mayo, entonces España decidió que quería ser de derechas, y la verdad es que no ha habido motivo alguno para cambiar de idea, porque la continuación de la legislatura socialista ha ido de mal en peor. Así que España entro en un compas de espera agobiante al menos para mí, que me sigo preguntando qué ocurre con los políticos españoles que ante la evidencia de un varapalo recibido tan claro y concreto, han seguido manteniendo la postura y el desafío inamovible en sus puestos, en lugar de presentar de inmediato la disolución entonces de una legislatura fracasada.

Si hubiesen sido coherentes con la realidad, se hubiesen podido hacer las elecciones generales este mes de septiembre, y ya hubiéramos terminado de sufrir las incoherencias y el desasosiego de darle vueltas a la situación, sin saber ni intuir que nos pasara, y agárrense amigos todavía faltan casi dos meses para empezar.

Entre tanto no queda otra cosa que atacarnos los unos a los otros, los comunitarios del PP van a la suya, libres de cualquier sentido de obediencia debida al gobierno central, seguros de su triunfo inapelable, hacen y deshacen, a mi modo de ver sin coherencia porque  no estoy seguro de que sigan ni tan siquiera instrucciones de su gobierno privado, es decir del Partido Popular. Así que por todo esto, repito, estoy harto y cansado de soportar este nivel de política y políticos de tan baja estima y condición.

Con este hecho también se cumple mi opinión de que la democracia de los sigilos 17 al 20 ya no sirve, y tampoco sirven las reglas por la que se ha regido hasta ahora la economía mundial. Así que trabajo se les avecina a los hombres y mujeres que quieran y sientan de verdad hacer política, y dirigir los destinos de naciones ahora, y civilizaciones dentro de pocos lustros.

China comienza la construcción de “su” estación espacial, China cambia su política de expansión económica basada exclusivamente en la exportación y la orienta hacia su mercado y fuerza interior. Su crecimiento desbocado lo frena, su mercado de valores va bajando sin prisas pero sin pausas, es la antesala de la puesta en escena de su divisa, yo creo que esto será el 2012 ó 2013, en cuanto los EEUU se aclaren y den un sólido respaldo al dólar, que junto con el euro asegurado, situaran el valor de su Yuan, como tercera divisa mundial. Una vez puesto en competencia el Yuan, china será la cabeza de la civilización oriental incluyendo todo Asia y dependerá de Rusia hasta donde llega hacia occidente.

Europa parece que entra en razón, y descubre que ha estado a punto de ser engullida por no se sabe bien qué mercados o fuerzas especulativas, y da un giro en sus posturas y se acelera la unidad de criterios económicos globales para la zona euro, (lo de Grecia es un puro accidente). Alemania arrastra por fin a todos los demás, o todos los demás han arrastrado a Alemania, me da igual, pero es un hecho la aprobación final del acuerdo de la ampliación de los fondos comunes para la  garantía del euro, y como consecuencia de la Unión Europea. Ahora veremos cómo rápidamente empezarán las centralizaciones de políticas y leyes de todo tipo, en un gobierno de tipo federal europeo de verdad. Una vez conseguido esto la unión se ampliara, hasta donde se llegara no puedo concretarlo, hay dos factores influyentes que son: La postura de Rusia y sus todavía países satélites y Turquía que a mi parecer quiere encabezar el conjunto de civilización Islámica en dura batalla con el Irán

Los EEUU también empezaran a cambiar deprisa, finalizaran sus guerras lo más rápidamente posible porque no las pueden ya mantener económicamente, de ahora en adelante o enfocan las guerras con carácter de fin de semana, o llevadas a cabo por empresas privadas porque el dólar no da para tanto, pronto empezaremos a ver nuevos adelantos de su tecnología espacial, de hecho ya han empezado los ensayos del nuevo cohete lanzador de carga y navegación espacial, han de adelantar a chinos y rusos, para combatir la competencia en los mercados de consumo, la velocidad con la que se lanzaran a la tecnología de la telecomunicación  y la computación, será ya lo verán asombrosa, bueno supongo que todos han oído ya hablar del I-pod 5, lo único que no tengo claro, es que pasara con su relación con Europa, supongo que dependerá de si se consideran  miembros de la civilización occidental o se desprenden de ella y quieren ser cuna de una nueva civilización neo-occidental.

Así se configurara creo yo el mundo de nuevo, con tres bloques bien definidos, Oriental, Islámico, y Occidental (Europa y EEUU Canadá, Australia, cultura anglosajona en general). Aunque este último me ofrece dudas por lo que he mencionado antes. Puede que la cultura occidental anglosajona elija crear una nueva tendencia podríamos definirla como “Anglo-occidental” esto posiblemente dependerá de dos factores. La importancia y fuerza que adquiera la Unión Europea bien por si sola, o por la asociación o integración de Rusia a la Unión. O obligados por la desproporción de mercado que representará el bloque Oriental frente a los demás, este factor puede hacer que los EEUU y su bloque, sigan unidos al bloque Europeo.

Una vez esto en un estado más adelantado, la ciencia y la tecnología sufrirá un empuje insospechado, piensen que será el único argumento capaz de dar primacía y poder a los bloques principales, que seguirán siendo como no puede ser de otra forma en el ser humano, antagónicos su poder pues estará en su mayor adelanto técnico de uno sobre el otro, lo que mantendrá el comercio y la paz mundial en nuestro próximo futuro.

POLITICOS: NO ES LO MISMO RECORTAR QUE REACTIVAR.

Mal camino ha emprendido España para arreglar su situación de deuda y desequilibrio presupuestario, yo no sé si esto se agudiza estos últimos meses por culpa de las prisas de un gobierno que se va, y quiere dejar datos fríos que parezcan un éxito a su gestión, o todo lo contrario, tiene prisa por hundir el país para que el próximo en llegar se encuentre en una situación, que durante mucho tiempo las cosas no se recompongan, y le dé al actual gobierno, la posibilidad de ir quitándose las culpas al poder decir que con los otros la cosa va peor, sea cual sea la estrategia el mal a España ya está hecho.

Otro problema importante son las prisas, porque se están haciendo tantas cosas en los tres últimos meses de legislatura, todo el mundo sabíamos y esperábamos que ocurriese una parálisis general desde que Zapatero anuncio la convocatoria de elecciones, porque era lo lógico, el gobierno tenía que haber actuado simplemente de mantenedor de la situación y no hacer de emprendedor irracional de medidas sin pensar y sin saber si tendrán continuidad, además todas las medidas impulsadas, ni se mantendrán ni tan siquiera se han llevado a cabo, hasta se han tenido que retirar estrepitosamente, como la salida al mercado de valores de Loterías del Estado, causando además 24 millones de pérdidas a añadir al déficit presupuestario español.

Es que lo que está pasando es lo lógico, no alcanzo a comprender que mueve a los políticos a ser tan estúpidos e inútiles, debe ser por tanta fe que tienen a su inmovilidad en las poltronas que calientan sus culos en el congreso, senado, y demás estamentos gubernamentales. Es que no veían que sus medidas pararían España, es que no sabían que nadie, que ningún estamento civil privado iba a mover un dedo en una situación de absoluta precariedad, que cojones (con perdón) pretenden, es francamente inaudito.

Estoy de acuerdo que la situación internacional empuja y mucho, pero es que el desesperante gobierno del PSOE entiende lo que quiere, no lo que le dicen. Verán la comisión europea le piden que reduzcan el déficit del estado y le dan como guía que reduzca gastos comunes, y que sobre todo redunden en productividad, es decir: Rebaja gastos pero has más cosas o las mismas cuando menos. Pero nuestro gobierno no lo entiende y solo coge la idea de “recorta gastos” y venga deprisa a reducir todo, sin mirar que al mismo tiempo reduce la productividad del país y con ello la obtención de ingresos y por ende aumenta el déficit, es decir hace todo lo contrario de lo que se le pide, lo peor es que no lo hace adrede no, es que lo hace porque son tontos.

El peor ejemplo de lo que está pasando es el desanimo de la sociedad, miren yo no soy político pero nunca hubiese permitido que se redujera ni la educación ni la sanidad, es que la sociedad se pregunta ¿qué confianza tengo que tener con mis representantes políticos que me quitan la salud y la educación? porque eso, es lo que están haciendo a ojos de todos. Que diferente seria que se hubiese dicho a la sociedad. No podemos sufragar todos los servicios que hemos implantado y de los que estamos todos disfrutando. Esto nos obliga a valorara el déficit operativo e imponer un pago por servicios (o por algunos servicios) hasta que se equilibren los déficits presupuestarios.

La cosa cambia y mucho, el resultado final sería el mismo, reducir el déficit, pero a su manera se consigue dando un paso atrás, posiblemente irrecuperable, y de la forma que yo expongo, dando un paso adelante porque se ingresa mas y se mantiene la actividad y la confianza de la gente, ustedes políticos del color que sean, tienen que empezar a pensar que el pueblo no es analfabeto ni tonto, y bien explicado entiende mucho más que ustedes las cosas que hay que hacer.

Otra falta de visión por su parte es que no se meten a fondo con el mundo económico les da miedo, siguen anteponiendo su privilegio de clase política, antes de enfrentarse al capital por si se enfada supongo yo, pero no lo entiendo, a ustedes los que les votamos somos los de a pie, los 100 o 150 millonarios españoles ni siquiera se levantan de la cama el domingo de elecciones. Y ustedes con la falsa excusa de la libertad de mercado, son incapaces de estipular y controlar márgenes comerciales, fraudes de IVA, poner tasas a según qué operaciones  muy lucrativas, etc. Solo saben recortar sin ton ni son a la sociedad civil, eso lo hacen a las mil maravillas.

Así que por favor quédense quietos no hagan nada por caridad se lo pido, España tiene que pasar urgentemente de recortar a reactivar el país y esto no sé si lo sabrán hacer los del PP tengo mis dudas, pero es que ustedes es seguro que no lo van a hacer, porque España ha decidido que se vayan a dormir el sueño de los injustos.

PROPONGO UNA NUEVA ESPAÑA Y (II)

En el capítulo nterior, expuse la composición de las tres federaciones desde el punto de vista geográfico, y su composición y número de escaños políticos, que creo necesarios para el buen gobierno de la nueva organización. Hoy quiero profundizar en aspectos más de política de gobierno y gestión, con lo que quedaría completado el cuadro general de la propuesta.

El objetivo primero de esta propuesta es el intentar componer una mayor unidad de España, he comentado muchas veces que España no es uniforme, y que esto se agudizo con la obligatoriedad, en muchos casos de crear Comunidades donde no las pedía nadie, es decir se crearon escudos defensivos, para no romper la unidad, tan preciada sobre todo en aquellos momentos, de España. la solucion que se aplico fue "divide y venceras".

Y el resultado ha sido una olla de grillos,  un aumento de costes brutal, y la cada vez más palpable desunión española. Si se fijan bien en la segmentación federal que he propuesto, he tenido que analizar primero, el equilibrio de habitantes y recursos PIB, y en segundo lugar la historia, así vemos que la “Centro Sur” es la Castilla la nueva y sus territorios conquistados a los árabes. La Atlántico Oeste la forman las tierras de los reinos de la reconquista, mas los galaicos, y finalmente, la “Este Mediterráneo” la forman la corona de Aragón y Cataluña y los reinos árabes conquistados en su día en las zonas costeras del Mediterráneo.

El primer paso es el conseguir pasar de diecisiete Españas a tres, y porque no a una, se preguntara mi amable lector, no, no sería bueno, porque una España no existe, porque la tentación del centralismo, esta inculcada en los genes de muchos españoles, y esta política de nucleo central que irradia el poder hacia fuera es injusta, egoísta,y falsa, porque el centralismo español, no se irradia hacia afuera sino que hace todo lo contrario atrae hacia dentro, como un agujero negro, de este análisis nace mi propuesta. Convirtamos España en tres centros más uno (el gobierno de la Nación), que será solo gobierno, es decir un ente, no unido necesariamente a un espacio físico como hasta ahora en que el gobierno de España es Madrid, no el gobierno de Zapatero o Aznar o de xxx, en España cuando se habla del gobierno, se nombra el gobierno de Madrid y Madrid no es un gobierno, es una ciudad que alberga el gobierno de España, presidido por fulano de tal.

Dejaría de ser Madrid la capital de España en mi propuesta, NO NECESARIAMENTE, no vamos a construir una Brasilia ahora en estos tiempos, lo que ocurre en mi propuesta, es que Madrid solo sería la sede del gobierno central de la nación, ya que Madrid, pasaría a ser una ciudad más de la federación (Centro Sur) cuya capital y sede del gobierno federal podría ser “Ciudad Real” así se desplaza la extrema centralidad actual de Madrid. Ya puestos en este capítulo veamos las otras capitales federales. (Este Mediterráneo) su capital podría ser “Tarragona” y por último la federación (Atlántico Oeste) su capital podría ser “León”. Ya tendríamos la composición federal de la nación española, tres centros de poder y de gestión independientes entre sí, y unidos la vez por el gobierno de España. La descentralización propuesta desplazaría muchos centros de influencia y con ellos llevarían el desarrollo de todo tipo a zonas que hoy están absolutamente olvidadas y apartadas de toda posibilidad de influencia.

España seguiría siendo nominalmente como hasta ahora, el Reino de España, y en los libros se diría que: su capital esta (no es) en Madrid, y está configurado por tres grandes federaciones, la Federación Centro Sur, la Este Mediterráneo y la Atlántico Oeste. En otro capítulo repasaremos la composición del gobierno de España y de las federaciones.

MI ELECTORAL ROAD (REDUCTIONS OF EXPENSES)

MI CAMPAÑA ELECTORAL (REDUCCIONES DE GASTOS)

Prosigo con mi cuento mágico de ir haciendo campaña electoral, como si fuese a presentarme a presidente del gobierno, empecé por uno de los problemas más candentes como es el desempleo, y hoy voy a apuntar ideas para rebajar costes del estado y ayudar a cuadrar los déficits.

Mi teoría y mis acciones si me eligiesen presidente, irían siempre orientadas a reducir gastos que no afectasen a la productividad y que pudiesen ser reversibles automáticamente bajo la influencia de las cifras de porcentaje de déficit o de aumento de PIB, en definitiva que a pesar del disgusto que siempre ocasionan a la sociedad, al menos tuviesen la virtud de que la medida por muy dolorosa que fuese, no quedase para siempre o indefinida en su objetivo final, que debe ser obtener el equilibrio presupuestario entre gastos e ingresos del estado.

Primera reducción:

Eliminar el 60% del ejército profesional actual, reduciendo y eliminando proporcionalmente tanto en las escalas de mando, como la tropa. El resto de numero de elementos eliminados pasarían al Sistema Cívico de Voluntarios Pasivos, me explico, todo ciudadano en edad de entre 20y 30 años, estaría sujeto a ser voluntario pasivo del ejército español, de tal forma que si hubiese necesidad (dios no lo quiera) podría ser activado y reclutado inmediatamente. Con el tipo de armas y guerras actuales, esa activación seria prácticamente inmediata, aquello que yo viví de tres meses de instrucción y 21 de acuartelamiento no tiene sentido, pero hoy en día mantener a un ejército numeroso para hacer funciones de policía y pagarlo, menos todavía, con el 40% actual movilizado es suficiente.

Segunda reducción:

Privatizar urgentemente todos los servicios transporte de ferrocarril que presta la RENFE, excepto la red ferroviaria existente que es patrimonio del estado, pero no por ello impedir que tramos de la red, pudiesen ser gestionados, modificados, o ampliados, por capital privado para organizar nuevos servicios o trayectos, los trayectos deficitarios deberían suspenderse de inmediato y ofrecerlos a empresas de transporte por carretera, que puedan hacerlos viables a base de mini-buses etc. El problema que surgiría de inmediato será la oposición frontal de los sindicatos profesionales de ferroviarios, sobre todo de maquinistas, cuenten con ello, pero el tema es el mismo que el de los controladores y pilotos aéreos, con una acción seria y contundente se arreglaría.

Tercera reducción:

Instaurar el copago en los servicios de la SS. Pero no simbólico sino de un cierto valor por ejemplo 10 euros la visita médica de cualquier tipo. De este pago quedarían excluidos los jubilados mayores de 65/67 años y con pensiones inferiores a 1200 euros, también quedaría a discreción del centro o del médico, actuar sobre algún individuo que por motivos de necesidad médica e imposibilidad de hacer efectivo el pago, eximirlo de tal obligación, haciéndolo constar en el informe diario de caja. La asistencia por ingreso hospitalario por tratamiento seguirá siendo como hasta ahora, eso si se eliminaran de la seguridad social todas aquellas patologías que no sean consideradas se salud vital para el enfermo, por ejemplo una intervención de implante capilar o de cirugía estética (no reparativa).

Los pagos efectuados por este motivo, serán justificados por medio de un volante, tiques, o cualquier otro medio documental, que permitirá al pagador descontarse en la declaración de renta el valor del pago total anual, directamente del capítulo de ingresos, si el contribuyente no tiene que pagar por concepto de declaración de renta, podrá solicitar la devolución de sus pagos a la tesorería de la SS.

Reducción de cargos ministeriales:

El gobierno de la nación se reducirá a seis ministros: Economía y hacienda; Asuntos exteriores; Interior y seguridad nacional; Industria y obras públicas; Información, turismo y relaciones con las autonomías; Ciencia y tecnología; a estos grandes ministerios se les añadirán las funciones mas lógicas de su prefijo que serán desempeñadas por “Secretarios de estado para…” con esto se reducirán sueldos y gastos de representación y figuración de bastante cuantía.

Esta medida se reproducirá en los gobiernos autonómicos, sustituyendo los ministerios de exteriores y Información, turismo y relaciones autonómicas por las consejerías de Sanidad y Educación, funciones que casi todas las autonomías tienen transferidas.

Bueno por hoy ya he pensado bastante total es un ejercicio de ciencia ficción porque al final ni yo seré presidente, ni el que lo sea me hará ningún caso, pero al menos me quedo con la satisfacción de demostrar que hay muchas cosas por hacer, en lugar de lamentarse y echar la culpa al gobierno pasado y la las circunstancias adversas, no se preocupen que seguiré arreglando España, hasta otro día.

Hoy supongo que los opositores políticos, del actual “President de la Generalitat de Catalunya” Honorable Señor Artur Mas, lo van ha poner verde lo van a criticar todo, su tono, sus anuncios de reformas, de dificultades, y me da que sobre todo lo van a tildar de triste, de poco enaltecedor, si yo también note esta ultima sensación, pero no lo voy a criticar por eso, si no porque fue demasiado suave en su exposición, creo que intento evitar ser más realista y que no quiso o no pudo, decir lo que quería decir de verdad, lo que yo Sr. Mas, entendí y resalte en mi interior de entre sus expresiones lo plasmo a continuación.

Sr Mas lo entiendo perfectamente, usted nos aviso claramente aun sin decirlo, que nuestra pequeña nación catalana no tiene futuro, dentro de la arruinada y desecha España que nos han dejado los socialistas, en sus dos nefastas y locas legislaturas, usted nos dijo a quien le quisiera entender, que la recuperación no es posible porque no depende de la política de la Generalitat, sino que estamos por ley condenados a morir de inanición económica.

Usted nos dijo con su abatimiento, que después de nueve meses de lucha y gobierno lo que ha encontrado es expolio y ruina en nuestra pequeña nación, usted nos dijo sin decirlo, que esta solo, totalmente solo, porque los demás partidos considerados catalanes, son incapaces de aceptar el mal que han infringido a nuestra pequeña nación durante sus dos últimos mandatos, tanto por su incoherencia, como por su seguidismo al nefasto Sr Zapatero. Y nos dijo que no habrá otra solución que seguir al rodillo del Partido Popular, que será el futuro gobierno de la gran nación española, que arruinada como esta acabara por chupar la poca sangre que nos quede, para hacer transfusiones al gran enfermo que se llama España.

Nos dijo sin decirlo, que se terminaran las competencias autonómicas primero, ahogadas por los recortes nacionales, y las autonomías completas después, por pura deducción. España arruinada, volverá a ser otra vez “Una” Pobre nación Europea, o ni siquiera eso ya veremos. Estoy seguro que el primer discurso que haga Don Mariano Rajoy será muy parecido al suyo, triste, sin futuro, y sin poder decir la verdad, lo comprenderé pero no lo compartiré, porque las soluciones que aplicaran serán las menos indicadas para la superación de la situación.

Nos dijo sin decirlo, que o Catalunya se sale de esta corriente que nos arrastrara a todos al pozo de la mediocridad y la pobreza, de una nación sobredimensionada y sin capacidad alguna de de reactivarse dentro del nuevo contexto económico europeo y mundial. Y pidió ayuda a todos los partidos políticos catalanes, para poder plantar cara a la situación, pero hoy recibirá usted las más cruentas de las negativas, porque no solo será eso una negativa, sino que negaran la realidad, y le acusaran de haberlo estropeado todo en 9 meses, usted será el culpable de haber hundido a Catalunya después de los 8 años de grandeza tripartita.

Yo le entendí perfectamente cuando expuso, que sí podríamos salir de esta situación, si de nosotros dependiera, pero que no podemos salvar a España, que es lo que nos van a obligar a hacer, todos los esfuerzos que hagamos quedaran diluidos por las necesidades patrias, yo espero con ansia el discurso y las acciones de Rajoy cuando sea el nuevo presidente español porque, Sr Mas se va a encontrar lo mismo o más, de lo que se ha encontrado usted aquí, gasto y más gasto y estanflación o recesión productiva y recaudatoria, la solución será según los cánones centralistas españoles, repartir la miseria por toda España, menos en la capital, para que no se vea desde casa del vecino lo mal que estamos. Y esta política frena del todo la reactivación económica de cualquier país.

No sé si cambiaremos nuestra postura y nos lanzaremos de lleno a la independencia, (yo preferiría completa), o si no como mal menor, a la financiera del futuro gobierno nacional. España necesita poner las cosas en su sitio, y no camuflarlas como me temo que hará, no estoy diciendo que hay que abandonar a nadie, pero lo que primero hay que hacer es impulsar a los que por estructuras industriales y económicas, pueden relanzarse lo antes posible, aunque parezca que se abandonen otras tierras esto no es así, si pretendemos ahora hacer la política del reequilibrio lo que reequilibraremos será estanflación, desempleo y penurias mil. Si España hace una política de no retroceso y deja actuar con independencia relativa a las comunidades, olvidándose y desterrando el famoso “café para todos”, la reactivación será lenta pero segura, eso lo puedo garantizar.

EUROPA DE BOFETON A BOFETON, A VER SI SIRVE DE ALGO

Europa parece que le va encontrando el gusto a dar bofetones a los mandamases USA, primero fue a Geithner y hoy al mismísimo Barack Obama, lo cierto es que a mí  personalmente me gusta, siempre y cuando se sea consciente de lo que se asume, y no se haga por quedar bien y nada más. Siempre me habrán leído en mis comentarios que la culpa de la desorientación de los mercados financieros mundiales, es de la economía anglosajona, comandada por los macro especuladores USA y aplicada y repercutida sobre todo en Europa por los sibilinos Londinenses de la City.

La nefasta globalización mundial es un invento americano, de su economía especulativa y expansionista y de su tremendo desconocimiento del resto del mundo no hablo de su geografía, (que también) si no de las culturas y religiones de sus sociedades y su historia. La verdad es que toda la porquería que está recorriendo la economía occidental, la han sembrado los EEUU con su malabarismo financiero más cercano al delito económico, que a la ingeniería financiera, basten como ejemplos el problema griego que fue orquestado por Goldman Sachs, las famosas hipotecas subprime, y la banda de corsarios de las tres calificadoras.

Diferentes dirigentes europeos han mostrado su malestar este martes, por las críticas del presidente de Estados Unidos, Barack Obama, a la gestión de la crisis por parte de los países del euro.

Obama afirmó que las medidas de los líderes europeos para combatir la crisis de la deuda "no han sido todo lo rápidas que deberían" y consideró que la situación "está asustando al mundo".

Es un mal planteamiento por parte de Obama, desde luego es un inesperado fallo de relaciones políticas, y más en un hombre que esta si no lo remedia de golpe la economía de su propio país, destinado al fracaso de no ser reelegido en las próximas elecciones a la presidencia de los EEUU. Quizás Obama entiende que el ya no puede hacer nada en su país, y necesita que le saquen la porquería financiera desde Europa, pero desde luego se ha confundido y mucho en el modo y la forma de pedirlo, han ido, él y su secretario de estado, con la prepotencia clásica americana por delante.

"No acepto las lecciones que vienen desde el otro lado del Atlántico. Los parados griegos o los trabajadores irlandeses no tienen la culpa de la quiebra de Lehman Brothers", ha defendido el presidente del Euro grupo y primer ministro luxemburgués, Jean-Claude Juncker. Pese a reconocer que "como ciudadano europeo no estoy de acuerdo con lo que está sucediendo en Europa", Juncker ha pedido a la Euro cámara que no se dejen "impresionar por Obama". "Si se estudia en detalle su programa, el 90% son medidas que ya existen en la UE", ha afirmado.

Bien dicho sí señor, pero miremos que parte de culpa tenemos los europeos para que el presidente de los EEUU tenga argumentos para poder hilvanar un discurso tan desafortunado por su parte, y si nos miramos nosotros en nuestro interior, veremos que desgraciadamente es la imagen de desunión y titubeos de los socios europeos, lo que ha propiciado primero el hundimiento de toda la economía europea, y después que los de fuera se vean capaces de afearnos nuestra falta de decisión.

Por su parte, el ministro alemán de Finanzas, Wolfgagn Schäuble, rechazó con rotundidad las críticas lanzadas por Obama. "No creo que los problemas de Europa sean los únicos problemas de Estados Unidos", afirmó. No cierto que no, pero eso a mí no me resuelve la penosa situación en que usted señor Schäuble, me ha puesto a mí, a mi patrimonio, a mi país y a Europa, así que no alardee de genio porque tiene usted tanta culpa como Obama, de menospreciar a Europa y de empeorar con su altanería y tozudez la economía de la zona euro.

También la vicepresidenta económica de España, Elena Salgado, ha respondido al presidente de Estados Unidos. La ministra admitió que es "verdad" que la toma de decisiones en Europa está siendo "lenta" -añadió que hasta el 14 de octubre los parlamentos nacionales no terminarán de aprobar el segundo plan de rescate a Grecia-, pero apuntó que Estados Unidos, en otros momentos, también ha demostrado cierta lentitud. Otra que estaría mejor callada porque no hace ninguna falta alardear de nada, no le parece Sra. Ministra ya casi en funciones.

De todas formas si tiene usted un indiscutible punto de razón, y que deberíamos de reconocer que es el principal problema de Europa, aquí somos 17 parlamentos, ministros de economía, presidentes de estado, bancos centrales, deudas soberanas, que pretenden darse lecciones y soluciones unos a otros, cada vez que algo o alguien nos tira una piedra con la sana intención de abusar de nosotros, es aquello del “divide y vencerás”  pues eso es el mal de la euro zona.
