SPAIN GO FROM “ONE, BIG, AND FREE". TO, "TWO, HALVES, CONDITIONED"

Como se ha visto y como se ve. No quiero alabar la época franquista que acuño la famosa frase que figuraba en el escudo de España, “una, grande y libre” pero si me vale para recapacitar con la triste realidad que estamos a punto de vivir,

España ya no es “Una”, por lo que parece son dos, las de derechas del PP y las Socialistas (que no de izquierdas)del PSOE, ambas dos, con un marcado carácter centralista que casi se asemejan a una dictadura legal, están diciendo bien a las claras que no existe otra España que ellos no quieran. Y si han de modificar la ley de leyes sin que el pueblo participe lo hacen y a callar.

España ya no es “Grande” es una miseria de nación sin futuro arrastrada al abismo del paro al no futuro no cuenta ya para nada ha perdido su grandeza, su importancia y su valor económico y estratégico sus grandes Bancos deben hacer su beneficio fuera de su casa, las grandes empresas españolas deben acogerse al amparo de multinacionales de otras nacionalidades o perecer, Iberia con Brithis, Repsol con PEMEX, las empresas de construcción y gestión de Infraestructuras se han de ir a trabajar fuera de su país se va a vender Renfe, Loterías del Estado, etc… que queda de la grandeza de España.

Y por ultimo España ya no es “Libre” España se debe a las ordenes de Alemania y Francia de lo contrario dejaría de ser una nación para pasar a ser una Deuda Soberana que alguien compraría un día u otro, esta es la realidad de nuestro país hoy, mañana probablemente será peor.

Lo más terrible es que no hay otra salida que hacer lo que nos obligan a hacer, la falta de identidad, cordura, inteligencia, amplitud de miras, orgullo, de que adolecen nuestros gobernantes desde hace siglos nos ha traidor hasta aquí, y efectivamente mal nos pese solo nos quedan dos caminos: uno, el que vamos a seguir lamentablemente, o otro: renunciar a seguir siendo uno de los monigotes de la fracasada Unión Europea con su Euro incluido.

La medida tomada de reformar la constitución por el interés de Alemania y Francia es absurda por lo precipitada y falta de garantías legales y democráticas, y si mañana ningún otro país  más aprueba esta medida, quiero precisar que la medida es a mi parecer correcta pero la forma de llevarla a cabo no está asegurada, y otra cosa no por estar en los escritos se va a poder cumplir esto no está garantizado de ninguna manera.

Termina agosto y da comienzo un mes crucial para el futuro político, Ángela Merkel, e incluso la propia supervivencia del euro. Septiembre será clave por dos motivos: en primer lugar, el Tribunal Constitucional germano dictará sentencia sobre la participación de Alemania en las ayudas para el rescate de Grecia el próximo 7 de septiembre; en segundo lugar, el (Bundestag) deberá aprobar el próximo día 23 la reforma del Fondo de rescate europeo, acordada el pasado julio entre los líderes de la eurozona a raíz del segundo rescate griego. Y el problema es que Merkel afronta en estos momentos una auténtica guerra interna entre sus propias filas y los socios de su Gobierno para sacar adelante su plan de rescate europeo.

Yo ya hice mención con un blog titulado (y si la unión europea no fuese legal) El TC alemán se pronunciará sobre una demanda presentada por un grupo de euroescépticos alemanes -varios de ellos profesores universitarios- encabezados por el político socialcristiano bávaro Peter Gauweiler. Los demandantes sostienen que la participación alemana en la ayuda a Grecia lesiona la potestad que, según la Constitución, tiene el Parlamento sobre el presupuesto nacional.

Los demandantes consideran que la ayuda a Grecia en particular y el plan del rescate del euro en general, lesionan un principio del derecho europeo, según el cual “Los estados de la UE no pueden asumir deudas de otros países miembros. Asimismo, el constitucionalista Dieter Mursiwiek, que representa a Gauweiler en el proceso, sostiene que la compra de títulos de deuda soberana por parte del Banco Central Europeo (BCE) viola la prohibición de que el banco central financie a los estados.

Impresionante verdad, es decir que nuestro país se lanza a modificar una ley de leyes sin tener la seguridad de que sirva para nada, dios mío en qué situación real debemos estar, lo peor de todo es que nuestros políticos ambos Españas deben estar muy pero que muy asustados van a acabar con todo signo de nacionalidad nos vamos a quedar sin empresas sin patrimonios sin trabajo eso si nos quedara el sol, las playas y los toros, que según dijo alguien era cultura, y rasgo de españolidad.

Repito para finalizar no discuto la medida de los techos de deuda creo que es lógica y razonable lo que me desmorona y desasosiega, es que ni se ha pensado en exigir reciprocidad alguna, repito y si ni siquiera Alemania puede llevar a delante el plan de restructuración económica de la Unión Europea que haremos, que quedara de nuestra Nacion.

DE VERDAD SEGUIMOS CREYENDO EN EL EURO?

No, rotundamente no, hace tiempo que estamos dudando nosotros mismos del euro y nuestra duda es comprensible y explicable por qué analizando la situación, se desprende que el euro es una representación esotérica de un sueño, que fue el intento de conseguir una unión entre las sociedades y las distintas Naciones que representan el llamado grupo de de países del euro.

Ya en la vida común, la real, la de cada vecino la de cada familia, nos enseña que es difícil congeniar entre clases, se puede convivir, se puede uno hasta llorar y divertirse juntos pero hasta aquí, mas no se puede llegar, excepto raras ocasiones y en las cuales alguien tiene que perder algo siempre. Bien la Unión Europea está demostrando su inviabilidad desde hace un tiempo y en estos días se ha acentuado hasta el punto de dejar claro que no se conseguirá en las condiciones actuales.

Es imposible en un contexto social único como pretende ser la UE, que existan unos que son ricos y otros que son no ya pobres sino míseros, y tampoco puede ser en estas circunstancias, que todos tengan la misma moneda, un ejemplo cuando unos trabajadores están luchando por aumentos salariales en Alemania del orden del 4% y la empresa contraoferta el 3%, en otros países se están rebajando los sueldos un 10% con el agravante además, que los que más ganan se lo suben, y los más pobres se lo bajan, con lo cual los desequilibrios  se amplían a distancias irrecuperables. Este solo punto sería suficiente para demostrar que no se puede hablar de Unión Europea de ninguna manera, pero no termina aquí la cosa.

No puede ser que en una unión monetaria, haya un país que se endeude en la misma moneda que los otros y por ello pague un 2.4%; mientras otro por la misma deuda pague un 5. %. Contablemente esto no lo entiendo porque en realidad están diciendo que el euro español, vale más que el euro alemán, y esto es así no le den más vueltas porque verán, si yo tengo 1000 euros de deuda española me pagan 50 euros, y si la tengo en euros alemanes me pagan 2.4 euros luego es evidente que el euro español no es el mismo que el euro alemán, y también es evidente que los mercados prefieren que se endeude España que Alemania en contra de lo que nos quieren hacer ver, por nuestro euro les pagan más, y ya pueden disfrazarlo con las ingenierías financiera que quieran, que si el riesgo que si la deuda y un cuerno pura especulación esta es la realidad.

Ya para terminar de demostrar lo que digo ha quedado claro la inutilidad manifiesta del BCE, su existencia no solo no sirve para nada, sino que en todo caso complica las cosas el ejemplo es el siguiente, el BCE actúa como segundo banco central alemán porque no tiene otra capacidad y porque depende de los (marcos alemanes) perdón quise decir euros alemanes. Llevamos más de un  año con la deuda europea arriba y abajo, y con un euro fuera de valor cambiario que está matando el crecimiento de toda Europa, excepto Alemania, y no hay economista ni gobierno que lo diga. Ahora la lección que los EEUU nos han dado es aplastante, ellos los EEUU han hecho efectivo un aumento del techo de endeudamiento del estado, saben que quiere decir esto, pues que han absorbido la deuda del estado de un plumazo, como, pues muy fácil autorizando al gobierno y por ende a la FED a fabricar papeles verdes denominados dólares, tantos como hagan falta y adiós deuda, esto también lo visten los ingenieros fiscales y financieros, pero en realidad es lo que han hecho, independientemente que al unísono también intenten gastar menos 

Porque no hace lo mismo Europa, lo he pedido por activa y por pasiva en varios de mis blogs,  porque Europa no autoriza el aumento del techo de deuda europea, fabrica mas euros, absorbe la deuda en una sola, y si el mercado devalúa el euro, que estaría por ver, fantástico, nos resultara más fácil exportar, y más caro importar, consecuencia frenaremos  gasto exterior porque habremos que rebajarlo al encarecerse, y por el contrario y a favor, habrá que  fabricar más productos aquí en nuestros países, y ganaremos  más competitividad para exportar sobre todo frente a los reyes de la exportación mundial, los chinos y asiáticos, es decir mucho mayor equilibrio comercial interno y externo y quien quiera que me lo discuta.

Pero como no creo que nuestros sesudos gobernantes sean capaces de dar su brazo a torcer, mejor abandonar el euro y la Unión Europea, liquidar el BCE ahorrarnos los miles de millones que cuesta mantenerlo, eliminar el parlamento europeo que ha demostrado que solo sirve para arrinconar elefantes medio muertos, y con todos estos ahorros también acabamos con la deuda, dicho de otra manera cualquier camino es bueno para acabar con los asedios de los mercados, menos el sistema empleado por la Unión Europea. Y su señuelo el EURO.

NO ACEPTEMOS LA TRAMPA DE LAS GRANDES FORTUNAS

Hace días que nos están intentando engañar los poseedores de las grandes fortunas, que es lo mismo que decir los poseedores del gran poder económico que mueve el mundo. En un alarde de cinismo, intentan poner una cara buena a sus desmanes y expolios contra la sociedad, ofreciendo, suplicando casi a algunos gobiernos, que les suban los impuestos, con el fin de paliar sus propios desmanes y ayudar a la vez a la sociedad que han dejado en la ruina y sin trabajo.

Por favor no nos crean tan ingenuos, ya sé que no todos tenemos la suerte, o el estomago tan duro como algunos caza fortunas lo tienen, pero esto no les da derecho a menospreciarnos ofreciéndonos una limosna, que ademas no nos llegaría, y por otro se la devolverían probablemente con intereses. Es evidente que las grandes fortunas, como todo en este mundo, necesita energía para funcionar y su energía no es otra que nuestro consumo, cuando ven que este peligra seriamente, les es fácil adivinar que pueden caer en una recesión perniciosa y por consiguiente llevarles a ellos mismos hasta la muerte.

Y no se les ocurre nada más que proponer una trampa maquiavélica. Ofrecerse como mártires para la hacienda pública. Impresionante, con ello pretenden alejar la visión de culpa que la sociedad tiene de ellos. Pobres, si hasta quieren pagar más, pues no serán tan malos. Esperan que digamos todos emocionados, pero esto no es así,  si no todo lo contrario esto es ser más que egoístas, es ser unos detestables estafadores sociales.

Los poseedores de grandes fortunas y me refiero a personajes y entidades, saben que las leyes tributarias tienen siempre una relación, los impuestos y sus valores no se pueden poner así de cualquier manera , deben de guardar una lógica de equilibrio y equidad, dicho de otra manera, una hacienda pública no puede poner los impuestos sin guardar una relación de bloques de ingresos y/o valores patrimoniales, así que si a los muy ricos les sube el escalón por lógica tendrá que subir también los otros tramos, así que la medida nos afectaría a todos. Señores gestores y poseedores de grandes fortunas, no nos menosprecien ofreciendo lo que no se puede hacer. Además, como no son todas las fortunas que han ofrecido la limosna, tampoco sirve de nada el ofrecimiento excepto para el intento de salvar la cara.

Sin embargo ustedes si tienen la manera de ayudarnos y mucho si de verdad lo desean, verán como:

No den un euro de mas a la hacienda pública de ningún país, ellos se lo gastaran en intereses y prebendas políticas, y no nos llegara ni a la sociedad ni a ustedes. Al contrario pidan o exijan, ustedes que pueden, que rebajen los impuestos, así tendremos todos más dinero para gastar y animar el mercado y el empleo y por consiguiente a ustedes.

Ustedes: Industrias, fabricantes, distribuidores, comercios, comerciantes, etc. Rebajen sus márgenes de beneficio, rebajen la retribución de sus accionistas y consejeros, aumenten los salarios de sus dirigentes el mismo tanto por ciento que a los asalariados, automáticamente venderán, fabricaran y ganaran más.

Ustedes: Bancos, inversionistas, financieros, déjense de reforzar su capital y abran el flujo de los créditos, al empresario y al particular, inviertan en bolsa, sobre empresas que produzcan valor añadido y puestos de trabajo, déjense de comprar deuda enterrando el dinero por un triste 2% en Alemania, o exponiéndolo a perderlo por un 5% en las deudas peligrosas, porque en ambos casos ese dinero, ese bien de todos, queda bloqueado y no les sirve nada más que para contar y contabilizar perdidas.

Que les parecen las propuestas, eso si seria ayudar a aliviar la presión de sufre la sociedad y no se escondan a ustedes también, miren, si esperan que los políticos les salven lo tienen claro, ni saben cómo hacerlo,  ni les importa, solo ven las próximas elecciones nada mas, y no se crean que lo que he puesto aquí de manifiesto es una utopía, hoy pueden leer en la revistas de economía que:

Mercadona gana más a pesar de la crisis y la bajada de precios en sus productos.

El Corte Inglés vende más por sus acciones agresivas en ofertas, aunque rebaja sus beneficios, aumenta el sueldo de sus consejeros un 1,8%, invierte mil millones y aumenta personal.

Ahora bien otra cosa es adjudicar la crisis a hechos que no la crean por sí mismos porque no tienen vida propia, y así con esa atribución imposible, nos quedamos los responsables de ella como aliviados y desinhibidos de la responsabilidad de haberla provocado. La economía está en crisis, es el juicio diario de: políticos, economistas, y sociedad, y no, la economía no está en crisis, a la economía la hemos puesto en situación crítica, pero ella solita no ha hecho nada, la economía es una ciencia no un ente con vida y pensamientos propios, es como cuando decimos: la Gramática está en crisis porque cada vez se escribe peor, qué culpa tiene la Gramática del uso que el ser humano hace de ella, desde este punto de vista, solo hay una ciencia que no puede estar nunca en crisis que es la matemática, en ella no hay lugar para crisis, siempre es igual por inalterable, dos y dos siempre son cuatro y eso no hay ser humano que lo cambie. 

Pero que bien nos va que ahora podamos echarle la culpa de todos nuestros fracasos a la economía, la ponemos en crisis y ya está todo arreglado.  Que  no sabemos cómo proporcionar empleo, la economía está en crisis. Que no podemos mantener el estado del bienestar, pues también la economía está en crisis. Que no sabemos cómo enderezar las economías nacionales la culpa no es de los gobiernos, la culpa es que la economía está en crisis. Pobre economía ella no está en crisis, ella lo único que hace es reflejar números, valores, estadísticas, y es ella precisamente la que nos dice Humanos estáis en situación crítica.

Pero parece claro que no la hacemos caso y seguimos acusándola de todo, de la mala planificación, del mal gobierno, de los excesos y especulaciones, de la deuda como si fuese la economía la que la hubiese contraído. O no sabemos entenderla, o no queremos que es lo que a mi parece que está pasando. Y si no cambiamos de chip, como se dice ahora, la economía solita no va a arreglar nada, debemos ser nosotros los humanos, los que debemos entender e interpretar que nos está diciendo esta ciencia, por lo demás inexacta, y actuar con nuestro poder supremo, el conocimiento y la capacidad de pensar por nosotros mismos, ese don que solo tenemos los humanos y que parece que ya lo hayamos perdido.

Hay que buscar en la sociedad, que está provocando la crisis económica que padecemos,  lo que nos causa a nosotros estar en crisis, hay que analizar que hemos hecho o estamos haciendo mal, que ha cambiado en nuestro sistema, que ha provocado los desequilibrios que han salido a flote como una ola de Tsunami que nos hace zozobrar. Porque las sociedades occidentales nos hemos endeudado más de la cuenta. Porque en las economías occidentales crece más el desempleo. Porque en las economías occidentales se están imponiendo las políticas conservadoras y de derechas. Porque en las economías occidentales no crece su PIB. Porque en las economías occidentales casi todo lo que consumimos es made in xxxx. El mundo obsesionado por la economía está dejando de lado la ENERGIA para mí la energía, es comparativamente el huevo, si no hay huevo no hay gallina y si no hay gallina no hay huevo. El mundo futuro necesita huevos muchos huevos y no se puede por muy loable que parezca frenar por miedos e intereses la búsqueda de las energías que deberán proveer de todo al mundo y por ende a la humanidad.

Se está apostando claramente por la electrificación, para el  movimiento, el impulso, el frio, el calor, la luz, la conservación de alimentos, la comunicación, etc. ya no es posible un mundo sin electricidad, lo malo es que la electricidad hay que producirla artificialmente la tierra no la produce, solo la produce la atmosfera y es a fondo perdido no se pude ni recoger ni dominar solo ahogar e inutilizar para evitar daños colaterales.

Hemos conseguido aprovechar la electricidad muchísimo más eficazmente que nunca, la utilizamos mas y consumimos menos para producirla, por ahí vamos bien, el problema se plantea en las formas y en los elementos para producirla y para almacenarla. Como cada vez necesitamos más, consumimos más materia fósil, e hidráulica, la primera tiene su fin y aplicaciones más ventajosas económicamente hablando y además contamina, la segunda no puede dar mucho más de sí, y la humanidad necesita más energía.

Hace años emergió como la panacea la energía nuclear y se ha visto que sus riesgos y sus residuos son intratables relativamente, no obstante yo opino que se investiga poco en este sentido primero no se adelanta con la “fusión nuclear”  y no entiendo porque, sé que a nivel experimental se ha logrado y es limpia, pero cara de producir esto es a grandes rasgos el principal freno, pero esto en mi opinión es relativo, porque cual es la alternativa, la fisión parece que está descartada, la sociedad la rechaza y ante la mala experiencia de tres casos ocurridos en 50 años se da ya por imposible, quiero decir que de la manera que se está produciendo ahora estoy de acuerdo totalmente, no se puede seguir teniendo una bomba atómica rodeada de personas.

Pero la solución no está en llenar de molinos el mar y la tierra, en cubrir los tejados y los campos de placas solares, ni de lejos estos complementos pueden colmar ni la tercera parte de las necesidades actuales y menos las futuras ustedes se imaginan el intento de explorar el espacio con unos cohetes con un ventilador en la punta y otro en la cola por ejemplo, no se no lo veo, y con placas solares enormes en relación al habitáculo transportador es imposible pensar así pero si nos entretenemos en los problemas económicos no avanzaremos y quien sabe quizás un descubrimiento de nuevas anergias, de la solución al problema actual.

Hasta el siglo 17 la vida social tal como la conocemos, familia, trabajo, negocio, fabricación de elementos y enseres, etc. Se circunscribía al continente europeo por aquel entonces podemos cifrar que Europa estaba habitada por unos 180.000.000 habitantes y no había ni rivalidades, ni irrupciones de importaciones, ni competencias nada de nada, es mas el resto del mundo era tan poco importante para nuestra economía, que ya entonces la Europa que ya tenía problemas de ocupación y de dar trabajo a todos, tuvo que echar mano a la evolución del descubrimiento de América que había acaecido en 1492, es decir dos siglos atrás, para emprende la emigración de sus excedentes bien de soñadores, bien de desafortunados hacia un nuevo mundo con más posibilidades.

Dicho de otro modo la primara crisis económica europea, se salvo repoblando un continente, es así de claro mírenlo por donde quieran, el resto del globo terráqueo no intervenía para nada y su desarrollo era muy atrasado respecto a la cultura y economía occidental, y su papel más bien era motivo de negocio y prosperidad para los países europeos que fueron a buscar sus oportunidades en las colonizaciones del resto del planeta. La situación de la economía europea es para reírse o para llorar depende de qué lado estas mirándola, si eres alemán, debes estar llorando, total te estas hundiendo en el abismo  económico de la Europa del euro, tu mercado de valores están un -20% desde que empezó el año y encima te has creado la antipatía de toda Europa, como se dice en mi país “cornudo y apaleado”.

Sin embargo si fuese griego estaría riéndome de todo y de todos, ya lo ven, he sido la causa de todo que si la deuda, que si la rebaja de ratios, que si fuera del euro, que si dentro, entre tanto, me he cargado a Portugal, España e Italia y ahora voy a por Alemania y Francia, bueno de hecho a por toda la Unión Europea. Cuánto tiempo hace que lo de la deuda griega vive, más de un año ya, y oigan yo sigo viviendo, ni pago ni pagare a nadie esto es seguro, pero claro es que tampoco se a quien y como debo pagar, porque realmente parece que ustedes no se ponen de acuerdo ni para cobrar.

Han aprobado dos rescates ya, y van por el tercero, y que yo sepa mi deuda no se ha reducido ni un poquito, más bien al contrario se ha incrementado, si por aquello de los intereses de no sé que prestamos, porque yo no los he visto por ninguna parte, fíjense empecé con una deuda de 350 mil millones, ahora después de dos rescates sigo teniendo la misma deuda y debo mas intereses, que naturalmente no pienso ni puedo pagar, o es que no saben que soy insolvente.

Yo entre tanto es que no paro de reírme de ustedes, yo sigo con mi vida, con mi sol, con mi turismo, con mi buen vino y mi sirtaki, y ya se las compondrán como puedan, porque a ustedes si les están machacando los mercados financieros, y esperen, detrás de mi van cayendo todos los demás y solo por 350 mil, millones, el 2% del PIB de la gran Europa. Casi con lo que los mercados franceses alemanes y europeos en general, han perdido de su valor desde el inicio del ejercicio, había para pagar toda la deuda griega y dejarnos en paz de una vez de sandeces y guerras internas.

Pero es que no acaba aquí la cosa ahora hay naciones que me piden un trocito de la tumba de Agamenón, otro una columna del Partenón, o una islita de ensueño de las que me sobran, y me lo piden como garantía directa, para aceptar prestarme no se qué, porque lo que es dinero ya está visto que nadie tiene. Esto ya es el chiste final, el mejor de todos fíjense si son absurdos los miembros del euro grupo, que no se fían de que el propio grupo a través del BCE les garantice que sus préstamos sirvan de algo y se los devuelvan algún día. Es que más gracia no puede tener la situación.

No sé que pensaran los dirigentes políticos europeos pero por si nadie se lo ha dicho hasta ahora están haciendo el ridículo mostrando el culo una vez y otra digo lo del culo por que debe ser la parte por donde piensan. Debe ser tan grande el descalabro que se nos viene encima que en algunos países los ricos ya quieren dar limosna a sus gobiernos no impuestos no limosna eso que se da a los pobres y desvalidos, así como para aliviar la conciencia, pues eso ustedes doran de qué lado están del que ríe o del que llora, yo entre tanto me rio de mi mismo.
