Y se inventaron un nuevo orden económico y político “LA GLOBALIZACION” como definir esta idea, yo diría que lo que pretendían obtener era engañar a los futuros globalizados, haciéndoles creer que amparados por esta denominación no eran colonizados, si no que al contrario, eran elevados a la igualdad y la equidad de la  civilización considerada como primer mundo, pero (eso no lo decían) los globalizadores pensaban que jamás perderían el poder de su dinero y de su influencia y que seguirían manejando a los globalizados como y cuanto quisieran, al fin y al cabo el dinero era suyo, y este poder supliría el de un ejército desplazado para colonizar al estilo antiguo.


Se  equivocaron totalmente porque no tuvieron en cuenta que los engañados eran ellos, los países a medida que entraban en el nuevo orden económico, creaban su propia riqueza, y su propio dinero (su ejército moderno) ,y esta riqueza y economía creada en  origen, no era posible extraditarla, allí estaba inamovible, para desesperación de los usureros globalizadores, y no solo eso, sino que los mercados de estos nuevos países se comían los suyos, y sus empresas tuvieron que emigrar, a los nuevos mercados a fabricar para poder ganar dinero, y esto trajo consigo que las economías fuertes se fueran debilitando, porque habían roto su equilibrio interior, Mercado, Producción, Trabajo, Riqueza.


Ahora se ha producido un desajuste muy difícil de recomponer, verán los países ricos siguen teniendo el Mercado su población necesita cosas, pero ya no tienen la Producción la han deslocalizado, como consecuencia ya no tienen Trabajo para todos, y por ultimo como no hay producción, ni trabajo, y hay que importar bienes de consumo, se crea la DEUDA y se pierde la Riqueza, ciclo completo cerrado y con estos pilares fuera del dominio de los países tradicionalmente dominantes, su economía se hunde.

Hay que volver al sistema tradicional hay que cerrar los mercados y volver a las economías internas, de los países, la Unión Europea, y los EEUU, deben retroceder y cambiar de sistema hay que reconstruir la economía propia, basada en la capacidad  interna de consumo y fabricación propia, solo así se creara empleo y dejar de ir a conquistar el mundo, y sobre todo evitar que el mundo te conquiste a ti.

Esta es la causa de la crisis de la sociedad occidental y no la busquen en otro lado, la propia ambición  de tener más, de dominar mas, llevo fuera de nuestro dominio a nuestras propias fuerzas y ha ocurrido lo mismo que les ocurrió a los grandes conquistadores universales: Alejandro Magno, Gengis Kan, Napoleón Bonaparte, y el ultimo Adolf Hitler, todos ellos pensaron ser mas grandes conquistando mas territorios y todos ellos terminaros de la misma manera lo que conquistaron por delante lo perdieron por la retaguardia. Porque el hombre no se mira su historia, siempre es la misma solo cambia el escenario y los trajes, pero el guión de la obra no.

LA ECONOMIA NO TIENE CRISIS, LAS SOCIEDADES OCCIDENTALES SI

La palabra crisis se emplea hoy en día para todo, todo está en crisis que es estar en crisis

Cambio brusco en el curso de una enfermedad, ya sea para mejorarse, ya para agravarse el paciente.

Mutación importante en el desarrollo de otros procesos, ya de orden físico, ya histórico o espiritual.

Situación de un asunto o proceso cuando está en duda la continuación, modificación o cese.

Momento decisivo de un negocio grave y de consecuencias importantes.

Juicio que se hace de algo después de haberlo examinado cuidadosamente.

Escasez, carestía. Situación dificultosa o complicada.

Efectivamente según estas definiciones ejemplares toda la vida y hechos, humanos están en permanente situación de crisis, porque la vida en si es movimiento y cambio permanente. Pero estar en crisis se refiere al ser humano, es él quien esta o padece la crisis, la crisis no está en crisis

Ahora bien otra cosa es adjudicar la crisis a hechos que no la crean por sí mismos porque no tienen vida propia, y así con esa atribución imposible, nos quedamos los responsables de ella como aliviados y desinhibidos de la responsabilidad de haberla provocado. La economía está en crisis es el juicio diario de: políticos, especialistas, y sociedad, y no, la economía no está en crisis, a la economía la hemos puesto en situación crítica, pero ella solita no ha hecho nada, la economía es una ciencia no un ente con vida y pensamientos propios, es como cuando decimos: la Gramática está en crisis porque cada vez se escribe peor, qué culpa tiene la Gramática del uso que el ser humano hace de ella, solo hay una ciencia que no puede estar nunca en crisis que es la matemática, en ella no hay lugar para crisis, siempre es igual por inalterable, dos y dos siempre son cuatro y eso no hay ser humano que lo cambie. 

Pero que bien nos va que ahora podamos echarle la culpa de todos nuestros fracasos a la economía, la ponemos en crisis y ya está todo arreglado.  Que  no sabemos cómo proporcionar empleo, la economía está en crisis. Que no podemos mantener el estado del bienestar, pues también la economía está en crisis. Que no sabemos cómo enderezar las economías nacionales la culpa no es de los gobiernos, la culpa es que la economía está en crisis. Pobre economía ella no está en crisis, ella lo único que hace es reflejar números, valores, estadísticas, y es ella precisamente la que nos dice Humanos estáis en situación crítica.

Pero parece claro que no la hacemos caso y seguimos acusándola de todo, de la mala planificación, del mal gobierno, de los excesos y especulaciones, de la deuda como si fuese la economía la que la hubiese contraído. O no sabemos entenderla, o no queremos que es lo que a mi parece que está pasando. Y si no cambiamos de chip, como se dice ahora, la economía solita no va a arreglar nada, debemos ser nosotros los humanos, los que debemos entender e interpretar que nos está diciendo esta ciencia, por lo demás inexacta, y actuar con nuestro poder supremo, el conocimiento y la capacidad de pensar por nosotros mismos, ese don que solo tenemos los humanos y que parece que ya lo hayamos perdido.

Hay que buscar en la sociedad, que está provocando la crisis económica que padecemos,  lo que nos causa a nosotros estar en crisis, hay que analizar que hemos hecho o estamos haciendo mal, que ha cambiado en nuestro sistema, que ha provocado los desequilibrios que han salido a flote como una ola de Tsunami que nos hace zozobrar. Porque las sociedades occidentales nos hemos endeudado más de la cuenta. Porque en las economías occidentales crece más el desempleo. Porque en las economías occidentales se están imponiendo las políticas conservadoras y de derechas. Porque en las economías occidentales no crece su PIB. Porque en las economías occidentales casi todo lo que consumimos es made in xxxx. Porque en las economías occidentales se ha terminado la creación de riqueza, y al no crearse más las cosas se encarecen los capitales menguan y los intereses se desmadran. ELECCIONES GENERALES PARA OCTUBRE POR FAVOR

Lo siento Sr. Rajoy usted en mi punto de vista es tan malo como Zapatero, y su gente tan inepta como los socialistas. Así  para que pedir elecciones se preguntaran mis posibles lectores. Pues muy sencillo porque hay que cambiar las sinergias como sea, de lo contrario iremos de mal en peor día tras día, hay que crear una cortina de humo aunque sea para ver de desviar la campaña de desprestigio que esta orquestada desde todos los ángulos contra nuestras finanzas y en definitiva contra nuestro país.

Lástima por un mes Zapatero no me ha hecho caso, he estado escuchando y leyendo los motivos que nuestro todavía presidente ha dado para escoger el 20N una fecha por todos recordada, y casi he llegado a la conclusión que lo hace para que nunca más se recuerde que perdió las elecciones y dejo al partido socialista y a España en el  más profundo bache del que ya veremos si salimos y como salimos.

No acierto a comprender porque ha dejado al país sin la posibilidad de aprobar unos presupuestos del estado por parte del nuevo gobierno sea el que sea yo creo que esta cuestión es mucho más  importante que la aducidas para fijar el calendario electoral, máxime cuando reconoce la importancia de la economía del país para calmar a los mercados, El equipo económico de Rodríguez Zapatero no elaborará los Presupuestos para el próximo año. Será la primera tarea del nuevo Ejecutivo. Pero la situación de las cuentas públicas españolas, vigilada de cerca por los mercados, por los organismos internacionales y por nuestros socios europeos, es tan delicada que no puede permitirse el lujo de la inacción durante los próximos meses. De ahí que el presidente del Gobierno anunciara ayer un nuevo decreto anti déficit, que será aprobado en la primera reunión del Consejo de Ministros tras las vacaciones, el próximo 19 de agosto.

Según explicó Zapatero el objetivo de la nueva norma será facilitar el cumplimiento de reducción del déficit ya no el próximo año, sino este mismo ejercicio 2011. Como avanzó ayer ABC, aunque las cuentas del Estado están en línea con los compromisos adquiridos, las de las comunidades autónomas empezaron ya a desviarse en el primer trimestre y la Seguridad Social, aunque mantiene el superávit, éste es cada vez inferior, lo que contrasta con la mejora prevista en los Presupuestos.

Esto es absurdo que decreto ni que niño muerto es que tan difícil es entender que nada de lo que haga a partir de ya, nadie lo va a considerar  es que como decía en el enunciado Zapatero hace mal hasta el acto de irse, zapatero lo que tenía que hacer el 19 de agosto era prepararlo todo para el 23ó24 firmar el decreto de disolución de las cortes generales y convocar elecciones La publicación de ese real decreto en el BOE, se produce un día después de que se promulgue. Esa fecha es determinante ya que las elecciones se celebran justo 54 días después.

Es decir las elecciones podrían haber sido el 16 de Octubre un mes y cuatro días antes de lo anunciado con esto  se producían dos cosas importantes una yo hubiese acertado en mi petición y sobre todo España y los mercados, tendrían nuevo presupuesto para encarar el 2012 cosa que tiene mucha importancia.

Pero no, otra vez Zapatero quiere hacernos la vida difícil, no quiero ya enfadarme ya es bastante saber que se va y que algo cambiara en España, pero que quieren me fastidia que hasta el mismo acto final este mal calculado, porque quiero creer que no está hecho a propósito.

Ya lo ven los ejemplos son muchos casi interminables.

Ahora en estos momentos hoy mismo son ejemplo de vidas paralelas el presidente español Rodríguez Zapatero y el Presidente de los EEUU Barak Obama su paralelismo es múltiple, los dos son presidentes de estado, los dos son jóvenes, los dos fueron elegidos por sorpresa, y con mucha ilusión por parte de sus votantes, y los dos han sido un autentico fracaso como gobernantes. La historia de sus países y la del mundo los recordara por la ineficacia y los desastres de sus legislaturas, en contra de todo lo que los votantes esperaban, ambos tuvieron unos inicios fulgurantes uno con premio nobel incluido, antes de hacer absolutamente nada y ambos ha llevado a sus países a la ruina económica y social  más profunda de su historia moderna.

Rodríguez Zapatero ha llevado a España a la ruina y al desprestigio internacional en menos de ocho años, ha dilapidado su tiempo y el de los españoles, por no saber más, así de sencillo, el hombre no estaba preparado para ocupar un puesto de tanta responsabilidad y ha ocurrido lo natural él se coloco en el umbral de su incapacidad, y por lógica fracaso, lo que puede salir mal sale mal (Murphy), no lo ha empujado nadie él solito se colgó la soga al cuello y tiro y tiro hasta que nos ahogo a todos diciendo además que no pasaba nada, hoy al fin ha empezado a liberarse y liberarnos de su carga el 20 de Noviembre oficialmente acaba su “vía crucis”, extraoficialmente a terminado hoy al anunciar las elecciones generales para que sea sustituido. Me temo que la historia hablara de el muy pero que muy poco y mal muy mal, si fuese un Rey probablemente le apodarían el proctólogo (con perdón) ya se imaginan porque.

Barak Obama está en peor condición su ilusionante ascenso fue tal, que ahora el estrepito de su caída puede hundir no tan solo su país sino el mundo occidental entero,  y además tiene un problema añadido, no será el responsable directamente del fiasco, bueno lo será indirectamente por el hecho de ser de color en un país que digan lo que digan siguen siendo racistas sin miramiento alguno. Obama ha intentado gobernar, pero sus conciudadanos los acomodados, rancios conservadores defensores de las virtudes americanas, y por encima de todo  blancos republicanos,  lo han impedido y no puedo por menos que acusar también a los blancos de su propio partido político, porque no se han esforzado mucho por él.

El caso de Obama es mucho más grave por la trascendencia que tiene, y porque ya no tiene arreglo, ya no tiene tiempo de decir que se va, o que no se presentara, o de dimitir con cualquier excusa, ni siquiera hay tiempo de preparar un magnicidio a lo Kenedy,  los EEUU han preferido suicidarse y llevarse por delante a su presidente de color, antes que aguantar más tiempo esa indignante situación para muchos blancos de la sociedad americana, lo han calculado mal, es lógico personas de cerebros tan arcaicos, no pueden pensar de otra forma, ellos creen que siguen solos en el mundo y cuando el martes día 3 se den cuenta  que el mundo ya no cree en ellos, quizás empezaran a darse cuenta de lo que han hecho, hasta entonces disfrutad de vuestro éxito y que os aproveche.

VAMOS HA DESPERTAR A LOS EEUU DE AMERICA

No se pero hoy me siento en la obligación de explicarles un cuento a la sociedad de estados unidos, haber si les gusta y despiertan de una vez, sobre todo los republicanos recalcitrantes del tea party . Así pues empieza el cuento.

En un tiempo muy lejano, en que la tierra estaba poblada solo por animales (el hombre no se tiene constancia de que existiese) estos vivían muy felices y campando a sus anchas por todo el planeta, comían cuanto querían y algunos se hicieron enormes, mastodónticos diría yo, eran los dueños del planeta su tamaño y fuerza les hacían dominadores de las demás criaturas vivientes.

Sin darse cuenta un día una extraña bola de fuego enorme, choco con el planeta tierra que es donde vivían, y fue tan grande el golpe que el planeta sufrió, que produjo un fenómeno in controlable para ellos, el planeta cambio su eje de rotación, el polvo que el choque de aquella masa descontrolada produjo  oculto el sol y oscureció la tierra donde habitaban, rápidamente sucedió una era glacial y como consecuencia de todo ello, los grandes animales se quedaron sin comida y murieron todos. Suerte que los animalitos pequeños y agiles pudieron sobrevivir y a través de siglos y siglos repoblaron la tierra y evolucionaron hasta llegar a el Hombre Americano.

Bien el cuento se acabo, la moraleja es que los grandes animales (dinosaurios, mamuts, etc.).  Son ahora las economías de los EEUU y Europa, y ahora este hombre sapiens americano, está a punto de lanzar un cataclismo de parecidas consecuencias que el del cuento, esta vez no será una roca, será unos cientos de estúpidos, engreídos, políticos americanos, que empujando no se sabe que, van a desplazar otra vez el eje de rotación de la tierra, esta vez no me refiero al eje físico si no al económico.

Esto producirá igualmente la muerte de los gigantes porque se quedaran sin comida (divisas) y sin sol (influencias y fuerza), y esta vez no hablo de animales sino de los habitantes de los continentes considerados cuna de la democracia capitalista. El eje de la economía girara 180 grados más o menos, consecuencia el Norte quedara a oscuras en la noche de los tiempos, y en el Sur saldrá el sol de la vida y la alegría del consumo y del progreso, así dentro de unos pocos años, (ahora las cosas van más deprisa) ellos vendrán a nuestro oscuro mundo, y nos repoblaran una vez haya pasado el polvo y el hielo de nuestra imbecilidad.

La cuestión es grave que puede pasar, si pasa lo del cuento pues nada a morirse y esperar la resurrección, pero si se consigue salvar el cataclismo que pasara, seguiremos confiando en los EEUU yo diría que no que ya vale, que los europeos tendríamos que cambiar de miras y creernos más   fuertes de lo que ahora nos creemos. Echemos la vista atrás por favor, fuimos nosotros los que pusimos los EEUU y no al revés, fuimos nosotros los que creamos el derecho civil, la democracia,  el comercio, las letras de cambio, los bancos, si también las guerras, en una palabra todo, luego porque tenemos que morir pasivamente, por culpa de unos inadaptados políticos sociópatas americanos.

Separémonos de su influencia de una vez, hay otros caminos hay otros dinosaurios como nosotros con los que convivir, sin exponerte a que te lleven al pantano cenagoso, donde se están hundiéndo cada día un poco mas y nos arrastran atados de  calificaciones deshonestas y deudas importadas de sus subprime.

LA QUE ESTA LIANDO LEHMAN BROTHERS

Si fuese un ser y no un ente, se estaría retorciendo de risa en su tumba y exclamando “Dios la que han organizado” pues si Lehman Brothers lo inicio todo, quizás sin querer, pero los tres Corsarios* ansiosos de sangre verde con la que se hacen los dólares, se cabrearon uno de los suyos moría, y ellos quedaban en evidencia frente al mundo financiero como unos perfectos inútiles por no haberlo visto venir, la pregunta fue obvia para qué sirven los Corsarios.

Juraron venganza, y vaya si se están vengando, están hundiéndolo todo,  goletas, bergantines, todo lo que flota van a por ello. Es increíble han empezado a exponer sus resultados semestrales en Wall Street  y son extraordinarios, más incomprensible todavía, o sea nos hunden el mundo, las empresas, las naciones, el patrimonio de cada uno, y se les sigue pagando por ello decididamente somos masoquistas.

Cuando nos vamos a levantar en armas contra los Corsarios, es inaudita la postura de los países mundiales, europeos sobre todo, porque hacemos caso a unos tipos que nos engañaros con las subprime, con   Lehman Brothers, con Grecia, recuerden que la situación de Grecia viene por haber recurrido a la asesoría de Goldman Sachs y compañía, que le maquillaron los déficits en los presupuestos utilizados para engañar a la zona euro para que fuese admitida, curioso verdad, de todo esto no se enteraron los Corsarios como parece ser que ahora no se enteran que los EEUU, están en “default” permanente palabra que tanto les gusta usar contra los demás.

Tenemos que reaccionar aunque nos cueste algunas bajas, es la guerra lo que pido, la guerra contra los abusos de influencia y  confianza de que se han apropiado, y se les siguen autorizando usar a estas impresentables empresas de tratamiento y malversación de información económica.

El simple hecho del sentido común, debería darme la razón por parte de las entidades implicadas en salvarnos de este continuo abordaje y expolio que estamos sufriendo, es que no lo ven, los verdaderos problemas están en su economía anglosajona.  Las subprime,  Lehman Brothers, Inglaterra, (la city esta absolutamente hundida en la miseria mucho peor que España), y los corsarios siguen atacando a los periféricos europeos y como consecuencia a Europa, esto lo vengo diciendo más de una vez, el corazón de Europa está ciego, siguen pensando que la cosa no va con ellos y se equivocan cuando este maduro los Corsarios irán a por él.

Que listos han sido los Corsarios, el desastre que empezó por ellos y en su casa, a explotado en otro continente se lo han quitado de encima, y han ganado más dinero que antes arreglándonos a nosotros su problema, manda cojones que listos son. Pero hay una cosa que les va a llevar al desastre  si no lo arreglan en dos días y es que ellos no sabían ni calcularon el daño que puede causar un Presidente Negro en los EEUU.

ESPAÑA EL TRIDENTE DEL DIABLO

Vuelvo hoy a incidir en la economía uno de nuestros caballos de batalla yo me temo que de tanto hablar de ello puedo hacerme pasado e incluso dar que pensar a mis lectores que solo me preocupa este tema les prometo que no pero es que estaña últimamente parece un tridente diabólico con tres pinchos agudísimos que nos persiguen y nos pinchan en cierta parte de nuestra anatomía (allá donde la espalda pierde su nombre) si hombre en el culo y nos va empujando mas y mas hacia el abismo de la desilusión y el desespero. Los políticos, la economía, el desempleo, son las tres puntas en forma de anzuelo que se clavan y no hay forma de tirar hacia atrás para soltarse de ellas.

Todo lo que escribo, todo lo que denuncio tiene que ver con el tridente y hoy precisamente me ha llamado la atención que este artilugio ha sido empleado para comentar una noticia. El tridente de la Bolsa española tiene un problema común: España. Telefónica, Santander y BBVA viven de sus réditos en el extranjero y acusan a sus negocios nacionales de las caídas de los beneficios. En términos agregados, sus resultados en España cayeron un 21,9% en el primer semestre, hasta 4.258 millones de euros.

Francamente la cosa es grave para la sociedad civil española: para los trabajadores para “Los Indignados” para los que están sin poder pagar la hipoteca, para los parados, no se equivoquen amables lectores esto es más grave para todos nosotros pobres españolitos, que para Telefónica y los dos grandes bancos. Verán porque, (solo les pido que dejen la demagogia fácil fuera de sus cabezas y sentimientos y sean abiertos y prácticos). Si las mejores empresas españolas tienen que hacer sus negocios fuera de España ocurren dos cosas: Una.- dejaran de invertir en su país España para hacerlo fuera. Dos.- las empresas extranjeras que estuviesen pensando la posibilidad de instalarse en nuestro país huirán despavoridas de la idea, esto crea una espiral endiablada porque en lugar de ir creando empleo lo vamos destruyendo porque los créditos no existen la industria se ahoga y las cosas cada vez peor.

Lo malo de esto es que ni gobierno ni oposición se hacen eco de la situación y siguen enfrascados en la manera de hacerse el máximo daño posible entre ellos y ya no ven nada en absoluto así salen ideas peregrinas como devolverse su deuda dándose créditos a sí mismos o la ultima dándose aliento con otro problema que lo venden como un logro.

El déficit del Estado se situó en 24.132 millones de euros hasta junio, lo que supone una reducción del 18,9% en comparación con el mismo periodo del año pasado. Según lo lees así parece estupendo reducimos el déficit que buenos somos. Pero la explicación sigue, el Secretario de Estado de Hacienda y Presupuestos,  ha señalado que en junio se percibe una "cierta ralentización en el crecimiento" de la recaudación por IVA (de hecho cae un 29,2%) que se explica por el aumento de las devoluciones practicadas en el mes, en consonancia con el fuerte crecimiento de las exportaciones. Dicho de otro modo crecemos menos gastamos menos y claro el déficit baja.

Esto se confirma por el dato de los impuestos indirectos, el IVA generó durante los seis primeros meses del año 26.774 millones de euros, lo que supone un incremento del 9,4%, debido principalmente a la subida de tipos el 1 de julio de 2010. Este incremento ha permitido a Hacienda recaudar de enero a junio 2.900 millones de euros más por este impuesto. Señor secretario ustedes subieron el IVA un 12,5 % y sin embargo han recaudado solo un 9,4 % mas puede usted explicar donde está el 3% que falta yo sí, se lo llevo la crisis que nos están haciendo pasar.

Con todo ello que quiero decir pues muy sencillo en España hay que tomar ya una decisión improrrogable hay que convocar ya elecciones generales, no podemos engañarnos más, el gobierno dirá lo que quiera pero la realidad tozuda como siempre dice que la actividad productiva baja, el gasto corriente baja, los precios suben, el paro está estancado, ya veremos que pasara en septiembre, la bolsa cae, las inversiones se largan del país, en fin ya me dirán ustedes que nos quedara aparte de las deudas.

DIFERENTES PERO NO TANTO

El Tribunal de Justicia de la Unión Europea  ha declarado ilegales las dos últimas medidas de las conocidas como "vacaciones fiscales vascas", unas ayudas concedidas a empresas de nueva creación en los años 90. Los jueces de Luxemburgo han fallado que la medida vasca, de reducción de la base imponible del impuesto de sociedades en favor de sociedades de reciente creación, y un crédito fiscal del 45% del importe de determinadas inversiones, constituyen ayudas estatales incompatibles con el mercado común.

En junio pasado, la Corte europea ya declaró ilegal la otra medida que compone el conjunto de ayudas en cuestión. La Comisión abrió una investigación a raíz de la denuncia de dos empresas y, en 2001, consideró que ambas medidas eran ayudas de estado ilegales y ordenó a España (porque es el estado) que exigiera a los beneficiarios de las mismas su devolución.

Las tres diputaciones vascas (no el estado) recurrieron esa decisión ante el Tribunal de Primera Instancia de la UE (ahora Tribunal General), que dio la razón a la CE.
La sentencia de este jueves responde a los recursos de casación que interpusieron las autoridades de Álava, Guipúzcoa y Vizcaya. Tras declarar ilegales estas dos medidas, al Tribunal de Justicia sólo le queda decidir sobre si mantiene la multa a España que pidió la Comisión.

Bueno pues diferentes sí, pero no tanto, porque resulta que obran fiscalmente como quieren, y sin embargo la responsable es España, así que como se arregla esto otra deuda mas sobre nuestras espaldas, no si ya lo dice el saber popular, “a perro flaco todo son pulgas” el perro  es España claro.

Malditos años 90 de aquellos polvos vienen nuestros lodos actuales y futuros, han sido 20 años desastrosos no hemos sabido crear una Nación, ni un estado eficiente y con una clara idea de futuro, ahora no tenemos salida, hemos tenido 5 legislaturas por la que han pasado izquierdas y derechas, durante las cuales nos hemos fundido miles de millones de euros que la UE nos dio en planes de desarrollo y subvenciones varias, y al final que nos queda, miles de casa vacías y sin pagar, Km. de tren AVE deficitarios, aeropuertos inútiles, parques de atracciones que no atraen a nadie, 21% de desempleo, una deuda soberana incalculable, y ya podríamos decir miseria, vaya carrera la nuestra.

No es que sea el desmadre fiscal vasco el culpable de nuestro desastre general, pero si me sirve para denunciar la absurda Legislación Constitucional de España, esa que los prohombres centralistas modelaron a su conveniencia con el firme propósito de que España no dejara de ser UNA GRANDE Y LIBRE, como decía en el escudo de España que la misma constitución revocó.

Nunca he entendido, porque se acepto a la hora de constituir la nueva ley de leyes de España, una singularidad tan brutal como el mantenimiento de los Fueros vascos y navarros, uno se extraña todavía más cuando lee que de fueros hubo decenas de ellos son una reliquia de la edad media, que se uso como forma y manera de autogobernarse durante la reconquista de España a los Árabes, básicamente porque los pueblos estaban desperdigados y sin un  Rey determinado, que representase el poder y el orden. Los fueros fueron desapareciendo a medida que en España se iban consolidando reinos y finalmente en la España que surgió tras la reconquista.

Incomprensiblemente desaparecieron todos menos los citados vascos y navarros, únicamente los territorios vascos y el reino de Navarra (fieles a Felipe V), precisamente de origen navarro, continuaron manteniendo su particularidad foral (régimen fiscal y monetario propio, aduanas, exención del servicio militar, etc.), que volvió a suscitar conflictos en la edad contemporánea, como consecuencia de las guerras carlistas y se mantuvieron con distintas alternativas, hasta su reformulación como autonomías según la Constitución de 1978 que se renombraron como Comunidad Foral de Navarra y el País vasco.

Pero su particularidad fue sostenida por el mismo gobierno que destrozo las peculiaridades de otras provincias españolas, destruyendo los derechos históricos esgrimidos por unas, y obligando a aceptarlos a quienes no tenían ningún interés en cambiar de estructura nacional. Bueno pues no sé si alguien me lo explicara algún día pero lo que si digo yo, es que, o España es UNA, o que nos dejen ser varios y diferentes, como muchos de nosotros queremos ser. Y entre tanto que el gobierno central vaya preparando unos cuantos millones de euros para pagar a la UE, la multa por las diferencias medievales españolas, como decía antes solo nos faltaba eso.
